Disability Policy

International students are entitled to a level of support that is equivalent, so far as is reasonably possible, to 'home' students who receive the DSAs. This would include all generic provision (e.g. building access, library services, alternative assessment arrangements, timetabling arrangements counselling). We are not able to provide any level of care or support in connection with normal day-to day living arrangements. Academic support provides study support (academic writing skills, time management, etc.) to students.

“Under the Disability Discrimination Act Part 4, the whole College is "deemed to know" about your disability or medical condition, if either it is obvious or you have provided information about it.  We must therefore make whatever "reasonable adjustments" are appropriate. We would encourage you to disclose information if possible.

Any information you give regarding disability is confidential and held only within the Registry. Where students need support, it may be necessary to provide some limited details of their disability to help staff understand their needs. This would only be with your agreement and after you complete a disclosure form. Remember, also, that under the Data Protection Act you have the right to read any information which Kaplan Holborn College (KHE) holds about you.”

If you have any special needs or considerations, please contact Kaplan Holborn College Admissions Office.
