Studying and Living in London
London is at the forefront of the business and finance world and full of career opportunities. Not only that, but it is a cultural capital too, with lots of places to go and see on any budget.
Centre of business
Our campuses are located right next to the City of London, the business and finance capital of the UK. The City is home to businesses and firms from all over the world, and plays a crucial role in the global economy. There is no better place to study business, finance or law than right next to one of the world’s leading business centres.
Culture capital
London is a world-class city when it comes to culture with hundreds of museums and galleries for all interests and tastes. Our campuses are based a short walk from Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre, and the eclectic South Bank. Further into the heart of London is the West End, where there are plenty of theatres with musicals, plays and shows of every type.
As a multicultural city, London has a wealth of places to eat, catering for all tastes and cuisines. Our campuses are both based near Borough Market, one of the largest food markets in London which is open Thursday – Saturday.
Websites like Time Out have the latest information on different events, nights out, things to do and places to eat.
Travel hub
London is a transport hub within the UK and Europe, with many coaches, trains and flights connecting through it. The best way to explore the UK is by coach or train, and it can be cheaper than you might expect. Services such as Greyhound, Megabus and National Express provide cheap coach travel across the UK. Trains can be equally as cheap as long as you book far in advance, and if you plan to travel regularly, it's worth buying a railcard to get discounted tickets.
